    1. We commented on eachothers posts simultaneously I think. Thanks Chillbrook. It’s less forgiving than using a flash, but the result is that you can really pick out the area you want lit.

  1. I love that you used film with this! and i love that you did this in the dark. i was really thinking of trying something in the dark in black and white with my dslr because i really love noise

  2. I really like these portraits especially the limited single light source you used.
    A few look quite flat, maybe need a little more contrast, or was that the effect you were looking for?

    1. Thanks a lot. I like that flat haze – it’s one of those things that film does beautifully, so I don’t edit it out most of the time.
